  • Advanced Extraction & Diagnostics: Move beyond basic taste-testing. Learn how to use a refractometer to measure Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and calculate extraction yield percentages for absolute consistency.

  • High-Volume Workflow: Learn the ergonomics of a commercial bar. We cover simultaneous tasking, station management, and how to sequence multiple dockets (orders) to maximize speed without sacrificing quality.

  • Inventory & Margin Protection: A great barista doesn't just make coffee; they protect the business. Learn First-In-First-Out (FIFO) milk management, systematic supplier rotation, and zero-waste protocols.

  • Stress Testing: We will simulate a real-world cafe rush. You will be timed and tested on your ability to maintain composure, cleanliness, and cup quality under intense pressure.

Do I need prior barista experience? While prior experience (or having taken our Home Barista Course) is highly recommended, it is not strictly required if you are highly motivated. Be prepared for a fast-paced, grueling, and incredibly rewarding day.

In which languages is the bootcamp held? Our founders conduct the training sessions in both English and German.

What should I wear? Wear comfortable, non-slip, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting coffee or milk on. You will be working a real bar!
