What's Special This Summer
Cold Brü
Slow-steeped for 18 hours — smooth, low-acid, naturally sweet. We use a rotating single-origin, currently Ethiopia by DABOV with its floral, tea-like character. Straight over ice or with a splash of oat milk.
Espresso Tonic
A double shot over premium tonic water and ice. The quinine bitterness plays off the coffee's sweetness — one of our bestsellers on hot days.
Iced Pour-Over
Japanese-style: we brew a concentrated V60 directly onto ice, locking in bright, fruity flavors that get lost in traditional cold brew. Try it with Ethiopia by DABOV for a floral, tea-like iced coffee.
Evening & Cocktails
Espresso Martini with our house espresso. Sangria with wines from Jorge's family winery in Spain. Cold brew Old Fashioned for when you can't decide between coffee and cocktails.
