The SIBARIST BREWING SYSTEM is designed to deliver consistent extractions, maximize flavors, and concentrate aromas with a smooth, effortless workflow. Inspired by minimalism, the system eliminates the need for a traditional dripper: the filter floats freely inside an insulated, heat-stable brewing chamber, preventing bypass and uneven extraction. 

The inner chamber minimizes the distance between the coffee bed and the cup, ensuring clean, even flow during drawdown while reducing agitation and preserving volatile compounds. Coffee flows gently over an extended chamber surface for early heat dissipation, enhancing flavor retention.

The workflow is simplified and intuitive: the HALO moves the filter from grinder to brew to disposal without rinsing or extra components. Everything is designed for a fluid, seamless brewing experience.

Crafted to maximize aroma and flavor, each system is handmade in Barcelona from high-quality borosilicate glass, offering superior thermal stability and durability. 

Accessories:
HALO – Minimalist holder for effortless filter handling from grinder to brew to disposal. No rinsing needed, no dripper adaptation required.
BREWING CHAMBER – Hand-blown borosilicate glass chamber that locks in heat an aromas. Its inner tower design minimizes heat loss and maximizes flavor capture.
EXCHANGER – Temperature-control insert for the BREWING CHAMBER. Fill with cold or warm water to adjust serving temperature while preserving aroma and flavor richness.
