Lazo Bloom
Tasting Notes: Tropical Fruit • Jasmine • Rosemary • Chamomile • Dried Plum • Blackberry
An exotic flavour bomb featuring vibrant tropical fruits, elegant jasmine florals, and a sophisticated herbal finish. One of the most complex Geisha lots we have ever offered.
Produced by Wilder Lazo at the Bella Alejandría farm in Huila, Colombia. This natural-processed Geisha undergoes a 200-hour anaerobic fermentation, creating an extraordinarily saturated and layered cup that evolves with every sip.
Brewing Recommendation: Best enjoyed as a V60 pour-over at 90–92°C. Allow the cup to cool slightly — the floral and herbal notes intensify as the temperature drops.
