It stands behind some of the highest scores in coffee history and record prices at international auctions. Its exceptional complexity, floral elegance, and crystal-clear flavour make it the dream of every true coffee lover.

Mexico Fatima Geisha is created by Mexican producer Ernesto Perez — a Star Coffee Farmer and three-time Cup of Excellence winner. The Fatima farm is located in Veracruz, a region that has attracted the attention of the global specialty scene with its exceptional Geisha coffees.

In the cup you will discover the characteristic florality of jasmine, followed by juicy honeydew melon sweetness and sweet orange. The finish is exceptionally clean, elegant, and reminiscent of white tea — one of the most sought-after characteristics in elite Geisha coffees.

Brewing Recommendation: Best enjoyed as a V60 pour-over or Chemex to appreciate the delicate florals.
