Produced by Sebastian Ramirez at Finca El Placer in Calarcá, Quindío, Colombia. This Pink Bourbon lot undergoes a controlled CO₂ fermentation during the washed process, creating an intense and complex flavour profile that bridges traditional sweetness with modern processing innovation.

Brewing Recommendation: Versatile omni-roast — excellent as both espresso and filter. Try as a V60 pour-over to appreciate the full lavender-citrus complexity.
