Produced at Leikun Farm by Leikun Zegeye in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, this coffee earned its place among the best in the world through the rigorous Cup of Excellence competition — the most prestigious quality contest in specialty coffee. Grown at over 2,000 masl, the 74158 variety thrives in the cool highland climate, developing the intense floral and stone-fruit complexity that distinguish Ethiopia’s finest lots. The natural process preserves the cherry’s inherent sweetness, producing a cup of extraordinary depth and elegance.
Brewing Recommendation: Best enjoyed as a V60 pour-over at a slightly lower temperature (90°C) to highlight the delicate florals. Pair with apricot pastries or light shortbread.
