This coffee comes from the mountainous regions of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1600–1750m — conditions that produce the highest-class coffee. The Caturra variety is known for its sophistication and balanced flavor, expressing the best qualities of Central American coffees.
After careful hand-harvesting, each coffee bean goes through the classic washed process, which emphasizes the purity and delicacy of the flavor profile. The beans are fermented in pure water, then dried under the sun to preserve their natural freshness. The result is a coffee with distinct fruity and sweet notes, with a crystal clear taste.
