This coffee comes from the mountainous regions of Costa Rica, located at an altitude of between 1600 and 1750 meters above sea level – altitudes that create ideal conditions for growing the highest-class coffee.
The Caturra variety is known for its sophistication and balanced flavor, which expresses the best qualities of Central American coffees.
After careful hand-harvesting, each coffee bean goes through the classic "washed" drying process , which emphasizes the purity and delicacy of the flavor profile.
This method requires time and precision – the beans are fermented in pure water, then dried under the sun to preserve their natural freshness. The result is a coffee with distinct fruity and sweet notes, with a crystal clear taste.
