Late Night Decaf
Tasting Notes: Brown Sugar • Peach • Red Apple
A Colombian Caturra decaffeinated using the sugarcane EA (Ethyl Acetate) method — a natural process that preserves authentic aroma and complexity while removing caffeine. This medium-dark roast delivers a dense aroma with delicate sweetness and a smooth, rounded body. Selected by Jordan Dabov for those who enjoy multiple cups without the caffeine.
The sugarcane EA decaffeination process uses ethyl acetate derived from Colombian sugarcane, making it one of the most natural and flavour-preserving methods of removing caffeine. Grown at 1,700–2,000 masl in the Colombian highlands, the Caturra variety retains its full aromatic character throughout the decaffeination process, resulting in a specialty coffee experience that rivals any caffeinated cup. This is a coffee for late evenings, second cups, and anyone who values flavour without compromise.
Brewing Recommendation: Best enjoyed as espresso, French press, or V60 pour-over. Pair with a peach cobbler or a warm apple pastry for a cosy evening ritual.
