From the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico Fatima delivers a rich, comforting cup with deep chocolate notes balanced by sweet almond and a honey-like finish. A versatile coffee that shines as both espresso and filter.
Story: Grown at approximately 1,400–1,600 masl in the Chiapas region of southern Mexico, this lot comes from smallholder farms where traditional shade-grown methods preserve biodiversity and produce complex, sweet coffees.
Brewing Recommendation: Best enjoyed as espresso or French press. Pair with dark chocolate or nutty pastries.
